What we need

• A public link to the event: your own page, a listing or a booking page. One link is enough to start.
• The date, the start time and the end time.
• The venue name and address.
• The price, or "free".
• Whether people need to register, and where.
• The main language of the event.
• Access, if you know it: is the entrance and the event space step-free, is there an accessible toilet, is there seating for everyone, is there sign language or captions. Answer "don't know" if you do not know. We would rather print nothing than print something wrong.

How featuring works

• A volunteer checks the details against your own page before anything is posted.
• If it is picked, it goes out in that city's list with a short line on why it is worth going, in our words, with a link back to you.
• We send you a "Featured in SixThirty Scenes" card and the link on the day, so you can share it.
• Nothing is paid. You cannot buy a place in the list, and we do not accept anything in exchange for one.
• Not everything gets picked. Six to ten events per city, twice a week, is the whole list.

Confirming who came

After the event we may send you two questions: how many people came in total, and how many came through SixThirty Scenes. Answer from your registration form, or with a show of hands, or from a word at the door. It takes two minutes and it is how we prove the list works.

Takedowns and corrections

Something wrong on a page? Email hello@sixthirtyscenes.in with the page link and we will correct it within 2 hours of reading your message.

Want your event removed altogether? Say so in the same email, with the word "takedown" in the subject. We remove it within 48 hours, usually the same day, and we do not ask for a reason.
