SixThirty Scenes is run by volunteers. Two hours a week keeps a city going.

The jobs
- Scout
- Send links to things you see. Ten minutes a week, no commitment.
- Checker
- Open each shortlisted event's own page and confirm the date, time, venue and price. About an hour a week.
- City lead
- Choose the picks, post the list on Tuesday evening and Friday morning, answer the community. About two hours a week.
- Access checker
- Ask venues and organisers the four access questions, and record the answers. This is the job that makes the list different from every other list.
- Campus ambassador
- Share the list in your college groups. Half an hour a week.
What we ask
- Be 18 or over.
- Accept the code of conduct: be decent to people, credit photos, never add anyone to a group without asking, never invent an access fact.
- Tell us before you stop, so someone can take over.
What you get
Your name on the edition you built, if you want it. A reference we will write for you. And a reason to get out of the house twice a week.
